Set up Job Queue Refresher and NP API Keys

Prepare background jobs and API access before configuring Ecommerce processing or the Entria integration.

Job Queue Refresher

The refresher maintains registered background jobs. It is required so monitoring can recreate a missing job.

For the Entria integration, two groups of jobs must be configured:

  • Ecommerce job queues process imported Ecommerce documents, for example by creating sales orders, capturing payments, and issuing digital products. See Ecommerce Job Queues.
  • Entria order import job queue retrieves orders from Entria stores. See Entria Job Queues.

NP API Keys

Access credentialWhere it is used
NaviPartner API KeyAn external application uses the BC API to access data from Business Central and to manage webhook subscriptions.
Entria Secret API KeyBC connects to the Entria API to retrieve orders. The connection is configured on the Entria Store card.
Payment Gateway credentialsBC performs supported capture, refund, and cancellation operations with the payment service provider.
NP Designer API AuthorizationAccess to the service used for digital representations of documents and products.
