Create a Ticket Price Profile

Refer to this guide to create a ticket price profile and assign the profile to either a ticket item or on admission schedule lines.

To create a ticket price profile, follow the provided steps.

  1. Search for Ticket Price Profiles and choose the related link.
  2. Open the Ticket Price Profiles page and click New.
    The Ticket Price Profile Card page opens.
  3. Proceed to fill out the Profile Code and Description fields.
    Proceed with filling out the fields on the line according to the price rule you want to create.

Tip: Click the Price Simulator on top of the page to see a list of dates and rules that apply to them.

The Ticket Price Profile has now been created and needs to be assigned to either a ticket item one or more lines in Admission Schedule Lines.

Assign the Ticket Price Profile to a ticket item

To assign the ticket price profile to one or more items, follow the provided steps.

  1. Search for Ticket Item List and choose the related link. 
  2. Search or scroll to find the ticket that needs a Ticket Price Profile and click on it.
  3. In the Ticket Bill-of-Material ribbon click the Price Profiles button. 
  4. Assign a Ticket Price Profile in the Item Price Profile Code column. 
    Each line in the view reflects a schedule setup, and Ticket Price Profiles can be assigned to the desired schedules. Different Ticket Price Profiles can be assigned to different schedules.  

Assign the Ticket Price Profile to Admission Schedule Lines

To assign the Ticket Price Profile to one or more lines in Admission Schedule Lines, follow the provided steps.

  1. Search for Admission Schedule Lines, and choose the related link.
  2. Click Edit List.
  3. Find the Dynamic Price Profile Code field, and click on it.
  4. Select the appropriate Profile Code from the list.

Tip: Click the Price Simulator on top of the page to see how the selected Dynamic Price Profile Code affects the Admission Schedule Entries.
