Membership card

Membership cards can be opened by clicking the value in the External Membership No. from the Memberships administrative section. They are used for defining membership-related information, such as member roles, validity periods, and identification codes.

The following fields and options are available in the General section:

External Membership No.Specifies the unique ID used for distinguishing the membership from others.
MembersSpecifies the role that the member belongs to within the membership.
Customer No.Specifies the ID used for identifying the customer that belongs to the membership.
Current PeriodSpecifies the validity period of the membership.
Issued DateSpecifies the date on which the membership has been issued.
Membership CodeSpecifies the code that signifies the type of membership (e.g. gold).
Community CodeSpecifies the ID of the community impacted by the membership.

The Membership Members section contains the list of members that belong to the membership, along with some related options.

The following fields and options are available in the Membership Ledger Entries section:

Valid Until DateSpecifies the membership expiration date.
Receipt No.Specifies the number of the receipt from the POS transaction.
Document No.Specifies the number of the associated document. This field is populated if the membership was created from Magento Webadmin.

The Points/Membership Points section contains information about points that members collect through the loyalty program.
