Get Variety Values

Get a list of variety values with pagination. Filter on type and table to get the values of one variety table, the same pair an item variant holds in varietyN and varietyNTable.

The response order is not guaranteed, and sync=true returns the values in row version order. Sort the values by sortOrder, then by value, before you show them.
