Get Varieties

Get a list of varieties with pagination.

Variety data changes rarely. Sync the variety table and variety value endpoints with sync=true and lastRowVersion, keep them in a local cache keyed on id, and join them to items and variants yourself. A changed description or sort order comes back on the next sync, but deleted rows do not, so reload the cache in full now and then. See Replication.
