# Archive unused coupons

> If needed, you can archive any unused coupons manually in NP Retail.

To archive any unused coupons manually, follow the provided steps:

1. Search for **Coupons** and choose the related link.\
   A list of all existing coupons is displayed.
2. Select a line from the table with open coupons (or select all lines), and click **Actions** in the ribbon, followed by **Archive**, and then **Archive Coupons**.
3. Confirm the archiving process of the selected coupons.\
   The status of the **Coupon Qty (Open)** and **Arch. Coupon Qty** is automatically updated when an open coupon is archived.
4. (Optional) You can also get a list of coupons whose end date has already been reached by clicking **Actions** in the ribbon, followed by **Archive**, and then **Show Expired Coupons**.
