# Accept web-store collect orders in Business Central

> To accept web store collect orders in Business Central, follow the steps described in this article.

To accept web store collect orders in Business Central, follow the provided steps:

#### Prerequisites

* Make sure the essential [<ins>Click & Collect components</ins>](/product/shipping-labels-shipmondo-setup) are set up.
* Have an order sent from the web-store, so you can accept it in Business Central, and distribute it to physical stores.

#### Procedure

1. Search for **Send to Store Orders**, and choose the related link.
2. Select an order from the list, then click **Actions** > **Send Order** > **Send Order to Store**.\
   The order is sent to the specified store as a result.
3. Once the orders are sent to stores, you can either **Confirm Order** or **Reject Order** via the actions in the ribbon.
