Accept web-store collect orders in Business Central

To accept web store collect orders in Business Central, follow the provided steps:


  • Make sure the essential Click & Collect components are set up.
  • Have an order sent from the web-store, so you can accept it in Business Central, and distribute it to physical stores.


  1. Click the Lightbulb button, enter Send to Store Orders, and choose the related link.
  2. Select an order from the list, then click Actions > Send Order > Send Order to Store.
    The order is sent to the specified store as a result.
  3. Once the orders are sent to stores, you can either Confirm Order or Reject Order via the actions in the ribbon.
