To accept web store collect orders in Business Central, follow the provided steps:
Prerequisites
- Make sure the essential Click & Collect components are set up.
- Have an order sent from the web-store, so you can accept it in Business Central, and distribute it to physical stores.
Procedure
- Click the button, enter Send to Store Orders, and choose the related link.
- Select an order from the list, then click Actions > Send Order > Send Order to Store.
The order is sent to the specified store as a result. - Once the orders are sent to stores, you can either Confirm Order or Reject Order via the actions in the ribbon.
