Create a ticket notification profile

To create a ticket notification profile, follow the provided steps:

  1. Click the Lightbulb button, enter Ticket Notification Profile List, and choose the related link.

  2. Click the Ticket Notification Profile List page and click New.
    The Ticket Notification Profile Card page is displayed.

  3. Proceed to fill out Profile Code and Description fields.
    Fill in the fields on the line according to the notification rule you want to create.

The Notification Profile has now been created and must be assigned to one or more of the lines in Ticket BOM.

To assign the notification profile to one or more lines in Ticket BOM:

  1. Click the Lightbulb button, enter Ticket BOM and choose the related link.
  2. When the page opens, choose the Edit List action.
  3. Find the Notification Profile Code field.
  4. Click the field and select the appropriate Notification Profile Code from the list.

Issue tickets from Business Central

After completing these procedures, you can create prepaid and postpaid tickets in Business Central.
